2024 Summer Data Camp: Be Prepared for Applied Data Research
The Research and Statistical Service (REST) team within the NEIU Center Health within the NEIU Center of Health hosted the 2024 Summer Data Camp. The Summer Data Camp is open to all students at Northeastern Illinois University and ChicagoCHEC Fellows, and no particular background or training is required. Prizes are given to first, second, and third-place teams. The free camp prepares students for Applied Data Research. It teaches the skills necessary for advanced research experience within university and career settings. The Camp occurred June 11-13 at Northeastern Illinois University, Main Campus, 5500 N. Saint Louis Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60625.

Application
For full consideration, please submit an application by midnight on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Applications received after this date will be considered on a space permit basis.
Camp Dates
Day 1: Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Day 2: Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Day 3: Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Campers' Final Project Due AT 5:00 P.M. Monday, July 15, 2024
Camp Research Jamboree with Poster Presentations: Friday, July 26, 2024
