The NEIU Center of Health REST Team will host the 2025 Datathon at the 2025 Women in Science Conference.
The Research & Statistical Service (REST) team within the NEIU Center of Health will host the 2025 Datathon, free and open to all Northeastern Illinois University students. The theme is Economic Dynamics and Health Disparities: A Global Perspective. The objective is to uncover the relationship between economic conditions and health disparities on a global scale. Prizes are given to first, second, and third-place teams. The Datathon will occur at the 2025 Women in Science Conference on March 3-6 at Northeastern Illinois University's Main Campus in Alumni Hall (5500 North St. Louis Avenue, Chicago, Illinois). No particular background or training is required.
