Following this model enables you to complete your degree in four years, taking 15 credit hours per semester. Please note that if you need developmental math courses, additional time will be required.

Also, to meet the Writing Intensive Program requirement WGS majors can take either the WGS Writing Intensive Course WGS201: WIP Writing for Change, or the Global Studies course GS 205: WIP Interdisciplinary Research and Writing.

Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies is an interdisciplinary program. Some or all of your electives for the WGS major might be from our many cross-listed courses from other departments.
