In anticipation of finals week, Northeastern Illinois University’s Ronald Williams Library will be open for extended hours from Monday, Dec. 1 through Friday, Dec. 12. On Monday through Thursday that week, the Library will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight; Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
On Dec. 2, the Ronald Williams Library, Learning Support Center and Center for Academic Writing will host the Long Night Against Procrastination from 7 p.m. to midnight. Writing tutors and math tutors (for 090- and 100-level courses), along with a reference librarian, will be available on the fourth floor.
Free coffee and snacks will be available.
Many of the library’s resources and services are available to visitors from the community, including the Illinois Regional Archival Depository (IRAD). Located on the lower level, the IRAD holds primary source documents on Chicago municipal government as well as genealogical information for Cook County.
