The NEIU Alumni Association is working with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to complete an all-alumni and certificate holders census and to produce our new alumni directory. The last NEIU alumni directory was published in 2006.
NEIU commits to providing all 82,000+ alumni meaningful, lifelong connections to each other and back to the University. These connections are made at in-person events, through career mentoring, and and via other resources that we provide such as this updated directory.

Alumni Directory Frequently Asked Questions
I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for NEIU. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
NEIU has partnered with PCI, a research company located in Dallas, Texas, and Virginia Beach, Va., which also publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation.
This project allows NEIU to receive important updates about alumni to ensure that we have accurate information, and also helps us prioritize investments in alumni programs, communications, and benefits so we can better serve you and future alumni.
How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
NEIU has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by NEIU for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
The Directory will be made available only to NEIU alumni. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to NEIU any and all electronic files that have been supplied to NEIU or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the NEIU project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
If you have received an email with an embedded link, you may go to the online site to review your information. If you have questions or concerns, you may call PCI’s customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590.
Can anyone purchase a directory?
NEIU Directory Publication is available for sale only to NEIU alumni.
Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk (1-800-982-1590) or to the Institution.
I am unable to call the number to speak with a representative, but would still like to participate. Can I verify/update my information online?
Yes. NEIU would be happy to send you a personal link so that you can verify your information online. Please send an email to alumni@neiu.edu with your name, school(s) and year(s) of graduation, and your Personal ID # from your postcard or email, and we will be glad to assist you.
I ordered a directory/membership package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
Call the PCI customer service desk at 1-800-982-1590 and they will take care of this for you.
