SCSE Undergraduate Research Summer Program 2017

Five or ten week summer research internship with NEIU faculty for declared science majors and minors. Pick up an application in BBH 235 starting in February.

Regional LSAMP Symposium & Student Research Conference

This research conference provides an arena for STEM students to present their accomplishments through poster and oral presentations and learn from various professional development workshops. Fellowships and funding for attending are available. Stop by the SCSE for more information.


Economic Inequality Initiative Issues Forum

This SCSE and ChicagoCHEC hosted event will feature and highlight recent developments in cancer health disparities. Come learn and participate with your fellow peers, faculty, and community leaders.

1871 and Matter Chicago

In April we will be going to visit both the 1871 space (focused on technology) as well as the Matter Chicago space (focused on healthcare innovation) when we make the trip to the Merchandise Mart.
