Printers

Black and white multifunction devices (MFDs) are available for printing on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the Ronald Williams Library. One color MFD is located on the 1st floor of the Library. Send jobs to either type of MFD from any of the Library's public computers.

Photocopiers

Black and white MFDs are available for photocopying on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the Ronald Williams Library. There is also one color MFD on the 1st floor.

Scanners

MFDs located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are available for scanning. Also, image scanners and multimedia editing applications are available on the 1st floor of the Library in the Research & Publishing Lab. A book scanner is also available on the 1st floor of the Library.

Computers

Workstations for library research are available on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Ronald Williams Library. Please see the Library Computer Use Policy for more information.

Public computer workstations in the Library do have sound cards. However, users must use headphones to listen to music or to watch videos on Library computers. Users without their own headphones may borrow them at the Reference Desk for use in the Library.

Personal Laptops / Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access at the Ronald Williams Library is free to visitors with laptop computers or handheld wireless devices. It is available throughout the Library building.

Select the Unsecured network. No password is required.

University Technology Services offers and highly recommends a secure Wi-Fi connection for the University community. Please visit their Wireless page for more information.

Charging Stations

Mobile device charging stations are available on all floors of the Library. These stations have generic power cords that fit a variety of Apple and Android devices. The Library is not responsible for damage or theft to your device. Please do not leave your device unattended.

Microfilm Reader

A microfilm reader is available on the 2nd floor. The machine is set up so users can print using the University printing system.

Fax Machines

The Library does not offer fax services.

Audiovisual Materials

Faculty, staff, students, and alumni may use a Multimedia Recording Studio to record and edit audio and visual files. They are not equipped to record musical performances.

Tripods and video cameras are available for checkout on the 1st floor of the Library in the Research & Publishing Lab.
