The faculty-training materials below are geared toward faculty at various levels of skill and interest in using technology-assisted teaching. Select the training materials that match your interests best!
In-person training sessions for D2L will be offered between March 31 and April 12, 2014. The training for the Desire2Learn system takes place over two 2-hour sessions. Each session will be offered several times, with Part A and Part B each repeated over a two-week period. All sessions take place in Room B 105. Here is the list of training offerings:

How to Sign Up
Please sign up for both one Part A session and one Part B session (they do not need to be on the same day/time both weeks).
There is a maximum of 19 participants per time slot.
Registration is first-come, first serve. If you must cancel or change, please remove your sign-up.
Bring a portable USB drive containing your syllabus and any opther course files.

TurnItIn Respondus Lockdown Browser Important: Lockdown Browser must be downloaded and installed on computers where students are taking assessments. All NEIU on-campus labs have this software installed.
