Equipment Room Attendant
This position is responsible for checking in and out equipment, keys, and
towels as well as selling items and laundering towels.
Requirements: Availability to attend mandatory training.
Facility Assistant
This position assists in the daily duties of the Building Managers, including
maintenance, organization, light cleaning, and filling in for other building positions.
Requirements: Minimum 2 semesters working in at least 2 of the following
positions: Front Desk Attendant, Equipment Room Attendant, and Gym supervisor;
ARC certifications in Adult CPR & AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, and First Aid.
Front Desk Attendant
This position is accountable for meeting, greeting, guiding, and informing
every person who enters the building. This position is responsible for checking
ID and membership cards as well as selling memberships, program registrations, and
daily passes.
Requirements: Availability to attend mandatory training.
Gym Supervisor
This position supervises all recreational play in the two gyms. This person is
responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations, checking footwear, responding
to incidents & injuries, and enforcing sportsmanship.
Requirements: Availability to attend mandatory training.
Human Resources Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting in hiring and maintaining employee records.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Membership Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining current membership
lists, entering membership information, and interacting with current and potential members.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Senior Facility Assistant
This position is responsible for assisting the Building Managers, including maintenance,
inventory, training, special events, organization, cleaning, and filling in for other
building positions.
Requirements: Minimum 1 semester as a Facility Assistant, experience in all 3 building
positions, excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, ARC certifications
in Adult CPR & AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, and First Aid.
Web Manager
This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the content and layout of
the Campus Recreation website.
Requirements: Experience in web site content design and management.
