Workshops and Consultations
CAW provides workshops and consultations to departments and faculty who are developing and teaching WIP courses or who are interested in integrating writing into any course. Faculty can contact Kate Hahn at firstname.lastname@example.org or (773) 442-4490 for more information.
Write on Site
CAW is proud to host Write on Site by providing a dedicated time and space for NEIU faculty and staff to do their own scholarly research and writing. Write on Site is held on Fridays from 10:00am to noon in CAW. More information can be found via the link on the left.
Writing Intensive Faculty Advisory Committee (WIFAC)
The Writing Intensive Faculty Advisory Committee (WIFAC) is comprised of nine members representing constituencies at NEIU affiliated with WIP courses. Members are nominated by department chairs and appointed by FCAA to serve two-year terms. WIFAC reviews WIP course proposals to make recommendations to FCAA regarding course approval and serves in an advisory capacity to the director of CAW.
