NEW: Schedule your appointment online!
For convenience and confidentiality, appointments with NEIU Health Services are now scheduled online at https://neiu.studenthealthportal.com.
How to schedule an appointment online:
• Go to website: https://neiu.studenthealthportal.com
• First time user: Click on “Click here to register”
o Enter NEIU ID including enough 0s before the number to equal 9 digits
o Enter Birth date MM/DD/YYYY (do not use the calendar)
o Enter NEIU e-mail address and verify
o Click Register
• Go to your e-mail and copy down the password sent to you.
• Go back to the Health Portal (https://neiu.studenthealthportal.com)
o Enter your NEIU ID including 0’s
o Enter your password
o Click Logon
• Hover on “Appt Scheduling”
• Click “Schedule Appt” to schedule a health service appointment
• Click “Accept terms”
• “Search for Appointment” box will appear
o Click on the calendar icon to choose a date or leave today’s date if you want to see immediate availability
o Scroll down list of “Reasons for Appointment” – Select your reason
1. Click on Search – available times will appear on right
2. Select the provider in the time slot you want
o Click OK to confirm
1. You will get a confirmation message
2. Click Log off
• “My Profile” allows you to change your password
• Under “Appt Scheduling” clicking on “View Appts” allows you to see your appointment history in Student Health Services. You can also cancel a pending appointment on this screen.
• After first use, all you need to do is enter NEIU ID including 0’s and Password to access the scheduler.
