About Karen Jackson:
Karen Jackson is the Assistant Director for Transfer & Retention and is responsible for directing and developing programs that assist students with making a smooth transition to Northeastern Illinois University. Karen received her Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership & Administration, Higher Education Administration, from Chicago State University.
