Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies
Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies is an academic success program at Northeastern Illinois University available to students who demonstrate academic potential but do not meet the general admission requirements.
To apply you must submit an admission application to Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies, participate in a pre-admission interview, submit a personal statement, and submit one letter of recommendation from counselors and/or teachers in addition to the required general admissions documents.
