Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or check via NEIUport (http://neiuport.neiu.edu). Once you register, you are responsible for the full amount regardless of any subsequent additions in credit hours, unless you officially drop by the appropriate refund deadline. If you are unable to pay your tuition in full at the time you make your initial payment, you may select the Deferred Payment Plan. A $10 fee will automatically be added to your account if the Fall account balance is not paid in full by September 10, 2013.
NEIU will no longer cancel student registrations for non-payment. In place of this, we will ask that you review and accept a Financial Agreement document. You will see a new page with a link to the Financial Agreement. It is important that you understand NEIU will not cancel your classes for non-payment.
