Assistant professor, educational leadership and development, was most recently a clinical professor of human resource education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she focused on corporate values and building trust in the workplace. She has created innovative instructional techniques in online teaching, which include core value learning, applied consulting projects, and e-mentoring. She is the creator of a corporate ethics program offered by the Chicago Better Business Bureau, Ethics for Business Success, which is now it its third iteration. Independently, she has worked with both commercial and non-profit organizations to create strategic plans, customize ethics training programs, and design financial training.
