Assistant professor, justice studies, earned his Ph.D. from the University of California at Riverside, majoring in sociology with focuses in criminology and inequality. His research addresses youth violence prevention - particularly regarding intimate partner violence, child abuse, sexual violence, and youth bullying - and its intersections with gender identity, sexual orientation, and stigma.
