Scholarship
Kaszubowski Memorial Scholarship
The Dr. Olga Kaszubowski Memorial Scholarship Fund provides an annual scholarship toward tuition and fees for one academic year. Undergraduate students who have declared a major in elementary education are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a minium GPA of 3.00/4.00. Preference will be given to applicants of Eastern European descent, particularly those of Polish descent, and/or to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces of any nationality. Descent is defined as having a parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent who can trace his or her ancestry to one of the Eastern European Countries. Additionally, preference will be given to applicants with concentrations in the sciences.

MERIT TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS
Undergraduate Merit Tuition Scholarships
The College of Education provides a limited number of merit tuition scholarships for students with high academic promise and a demonstrated interest in teaching. A cumulative grade point average (including transfer coursework) of 3.5 or greater must be maintained. For entering freshmen, high school class rank and ACT/SAT scores will be used as criteria.

Graduate Merit Tuition Scholarships
For graduate students, merit tuition scholarships are offered through the College of Graduate Studies and Research.

PRIVATELY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS
Northeastern has more than 40 privately funded scholarships established by alumni, faculty and friends. Many of these are applicable to students irrespective of their field of pursuit. Some of these scholarships (listed below) are geared specifically for students pursuing careers in education.
