Reflective Professionals Building Learning Communities
Northeastern Illinois University prepares educational leaders. Students completing the school leadership course sequence develop competencies related to effective leadership, educational management, and staff development. Students completing the twelve course, school leadership concentration will receive a master's degree. Upon passing the state examination, they will also receive an Illinois Type 75 Certificate.
