The services that we have put in place to support you through the completion of the Safer Campus Climate and the Sexual Misconduct Survey.

  • Student Health Services - walk-ins welcome 
    Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in Room E 051 (lower level next to the student lounge)
     
  • Confidential Advisors are available at Student Counseling Services and Angelina Pedroso Center. 
     
  • TimelyCare|NEIU - a new virtual mental health and well-being platform for enrolled students. TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to virtual mental health care for students from anywhere in the United States at no cost.
     
  • Student Counseling After Hours Emergency Support - For assistance with urgent concerns after hours, please call our main number at (773) 442-4650, and press “2” to speak with a counselor on call. Additionally, Talk Now on TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to a counselor in under five minutes.

The survey will be open until the end of the Spring 2024 semester, May 12, 2024. Your response is anonymous. Your participation in the survey will NOT affect your right to any of the services or resources provided by NEIU. Your response will be combined with other survey participants' responses, and the data will be reported to the Institution Board of Higher Education (IBHE) in a de-identified, aggregated format.
