Meet with an Admission Counselor
You can stop by the Admissions and Recruitment Counseling Office during office hours - no appointment needed. Meet with a counselor to review admission requirements, discuss academic programs and application procedures, and learn about the many opportunities available at Northeastern.
Enrollment Services, Building D Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Admissions Information Sessions with Campus Tours
Admissions Information sessions are available on a weekly basis for freshman and transfer students who have not yet applied but are considering attending NEIU. Each session includes a 45-minute tour of campus led by a NEIU student following an admission presentation. Weekday sessions are held from 4:00pm to 5:30pm; Saturday sessions are held from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Campus Preview Day
Campus Preview Day
is geared towards helping prospective students make the transition to a degree-seeking status. Please join us for an exciting day of events – learn about financial aid and scholarship resources to fund your education; learn about admissions requirements, broaden your horizons and choose a major offered through College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Management, and College of Education. Find out how you can get involved in student life, clubs and organizations. Come and see our beautiful campus on a 30 minute tour of the campus. We hope you can join us!
Open House
NEIU's
Open House is geared towards helping you discover all the opportunities Northeastern Illinois University has to offer. Please join us for an exciting afternoon of events. When you attend the Open House, you can learn about academic programs, meet with a financial aid advisor, visit with faculty and staff, sit in on various breakout sessions, learn about support programs, and take a tour of our campus. Prospective students can also find out how to get involved in student life, clubs and organizations. This event is geared for undergraduate and graduate students to review our programs in Arts & Sciences, Education and Business.
