Assistant professor, management & marketing, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst; her dissertation consists of three essays on antecedents and consequences of consumer procrastination. She earned a master's degree in marketing and e-commerce from Lulea University of Technology, Sweden. Her teaching interests include but are not limited to marketing research and principles of marketing, and her research interests are on online communication, online consumer experience, and procrastination. Her research on advertising effectiveness in electronic magazines is published in the Journal of Advertising. Additionally, she has presented research at the American Marketing Association Summer Educators' Conference and the Academy of Marketing Science's Annual Conference.
