Associate dean and professor of management, spent the past fifteen years as a professor of Management and M.B.A. program director at California State University, Bakersfield. He obtained his Ph.D. in human resource management/organizational behavior with a minor in production/operations management from Indiana University. His M.B.A. and Baccalaureate degrees are from the University of Kansas. His research interests include teams, training, HR information systems, small business HR, total quality management, and the use of technology in the university classroom.
