Support for students with disabilities
To apply for services, students must self-identify a disability by submitting documentation based upon diagnosed need from appropriate professionals.
Please use the menu on the left to navigate through our pages and learn more about our services.
If you need reasonable accommodations, please schedule an appointment to complete faculty accommodation forms for the semester.
Please call (773) 442-4595 for further information or to schedule an appointment or visit us in our office: D-104, call x4595, or e-mail us at SDS@neiu.edu.
