  • Tuition and fees listed here are for the Fall 2013/Spring & Summer 2014 Semesters; they are subject to change without notice.

  • On-campus students are enrolled students at any one of the following sites: Main campus, El Centro, the Center for Inner City Studies and the Chicago Teachers' Center. Courses taken at extension sites or off-campus distance education courses are not assessed on-campus fees.

  • Residency Determination: Evidence of resident status shall be submitted at the time of application for admission.

  • Residency Status for assessment of tuition: A resident student is an adult student (18 years or older), who has been a resident of Illinois for a period of at least six consecutive months immediately preceding the beginning of any term of registration at the University.

  • Students who do not want to participate in the parking program must sign a waiver form to opt out of the program.

  • Health Insurance might be provided for graduate students enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours, but it is not required (as it is for undergraduate students).

  • Each semester parking is automatically charged on the student bill and is based on credit hours enrolled. Students who do not require parking must opt out by September 10, 2013.

  • The U-Pass fee is a mandatory fee for all full-time students who are taking at least one course on the Main Campus (MC).
