The Mathematics Department offers tutoring on a first come first served basis in the Center for Science Engagement.

Monday 10-12pm and 1-4pm
Tuesdays 10-12pm and 1-14pm
Wednesday 10-12pm and 1-4pm
Thursday 10-12pm and 1-4pm

Mathematics Enrichment Workshop Program:
(Build Confidence, Connect, Succeed!)
This is a specially designed program that offers optional one credit hour math enrichment workshops for students of all math ability levels. Currently, collaborative, peer-centered workshops are offered for students enrolled in Math Development courses 090, 091, 092 or 100-level courses Colege Algebra, Math 173, Trigonometry, Math 175, Precalulus, Math 185, Calculus, Math 187 and Calculus II, Math 202.

Student Center for Science Engagment enriches your math experience by providing:
-one-on-one holistic mentorship and advising, assisting students with important choices and decisions about their academic and professional lives.
-Recommends professional development opportunities through connections to jobs, internships and career exploration sessions.
-Hosts the Mathematics Department tutor(s)
-Organizes and annual symposium for students to present their reserach to the NEIU community.
The Center for Science Engagement is located in Brommell Hall room 235 and is open during each semester on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9-5pm and on Tuesdays from 9-7pm
