We foster the success of historically underserved students populations through mentorship, intercultural education, awareness-building workshops, and programs that celebrate our unique differences.
Mission
The Angelina Pedroso Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs develops and provides programming and initiatives in a welcoming environment designed to educate, empower, and retain students from socially and culturally diverse backgrounds.

We seek to engage students at all Northeastern Illinois University locations to create and sustain an environment of inclusivity across cultures, socio-economic class, sexual orientation, gender and other social identities.
